Welcome to the Blind Barbell Legs, Push, Pull Program.
This program is designed to increase both size and strength with a heavier emphasis on building muscle. You will find some brutal workouts with the goal of adding weight to each exercise every time you come back to it which is why the program is built to provide maximum recovery allowing high intensity in each workout.
The program consists of 6 workouts designed to be completed on a 7-10 day schedule giving it flexibility to adapt to your needs. All the workouts are included in the 8 page documents as well as some notes to help you increase your gains!
