Welcome to the Blind Barbell Powerbuilding 4 WEEK PROGRAM! This program is a four-week program built with the focus of building strength in the squat, bench, and deadlift while gaining muscle through intense hypertrophy.
You will have 6 workouts each week and it will become important to manage your fatigue in order to make quality progress. To help manage the fatigue and facilitate strength increases, the squat, bench, and deadlift will ungulate intensity. weeks 1 and 3 being high-intensity deadlift weeks while weeks 2 and 4 are high-intensity bench and squat weeks.
For the hypertrophy sections of each workout, you will train at a moderate to high intensity with a large emphasis on slow reps and high volume. If you take all sets to failure you will burn out. Try to add weight as the weeks go on, but ensure your form is solid.
Apply yourself to this program and you will see results. it will not be easy, but it will be worth it.
