The Monster Squat Program is a 7-week challenge built for lifters who want to turn their squat into a weapon. This plan has taken Coach Q’s squat from 455 → 545 → 600 lbs, and it’s engineered to do the same for you — if you’re willing to suffer for it.
Expect brutal volume, relentless progression, and an all-out final week leading into your max-out day.
Here’s what to expect:

2 squat days per week — every session pushes your limits

Weeks 1–2: Volume phase to build work capacity

Weeks 3–6: Heavy intensity ramp-up with weekly rep PRs

Week 7: Taper and max out — go all in for your biggest lift yet
Choose your own upper-body and accessory training around it, but recovery is key. Manage your effort, and the reward is huge.
